If you are currently without medical insurance or have maxed out your physical and occupational therapy allowance and think you would benefit from physical and occupational therapy care, please call (484) 489-2834 or fill up the form to schedule an appointment. You will need a referral from your physician for physical and occupational therapy treatment along with a standard $5.00 charge per visit.
